Eric Rogers

Eric Rogers was born in 1956 near Dungannon in Northern Ireland. Currently he is Professor of Control Systems Theory and Design in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton, UK.

He is a member of the Systems and Control Research Group, which is a sub-group of the Image, Speech and Intelligent Systems (ISIS) Research Group.

He is currently editor of the International Journal of Control, joint editor of The Taylor and Francis series on Systems and Control, and an associate editor on Multidimensional Systems and Signal Processing.

He has also served extensively on IEEE, IFAC and IEE technical and/or IPC/organising committees of major international conferences on control.
